At Wholesale Flowers Online, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality flowers and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as flowers and plants, custom arrangements, and gift cards.
